Challenge
As Braintrust rapidly expanded its product roadmap, the organization encountered growing pressure to scale its operations and accelerate feature delivery. However, manual development processes, limited automation, and infrastructure constraints were slowing down innovation cycles. These challenges not only impacted the speed of product development but also introduced inefficiencies across operations. With increasing demand from enterprise clients and a need to stay ahead in the competitive talent marketplace, Braintrust needed a more scalable, AI-enabled infrastructure to support its next phase of growth.
Solution
To address Braintrust’s scalability and speed challenges, we designed and deployed a modular AI architecture on AWS that automated core development workflows and enhanced the platform’s intelligence layer. Leveraging Amazon Bedrock and Amazon EKS as foundational components, we enabled seamless integration of leading AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic, as well as capabilities from ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Pinecone, pgvector, and Weaviate for vector search, voice synthesis, and semantic memory.
Our team implemented containerized microservices on EKS to support rapid scaling, while also embedding generative AI into both the user-facing platform and internal tools. This included automated matching, content generation, and intelligent search features, reducing manual overhead and streamlining development.
